四碘化碳✍️

又称四碘甲(tetraiodomethane)。从乙醚中可得到栗色正八面体结晶。熔点168℃（分解），相对密度4.32。

性质

加热则升华，暴露于空气中则逐渐分解为二氧化碳和碘，遇热和在溶液中则加速变化；140℃时与氢反应则分解为碘化氢和75-47-8。由四氯化碳与二硫化碳在碘化铝(AlI3)存在下加热制得；也可将碘仿与次碘酸钾反应制取。用于有机合成。
