第二肝门✍️

第二肝门指腔静脉沟的上端处，肝左、中间、右静脉出肝后立即注入下腔静脉，临床上称此沟上端为第二肝门。

脏面分类

肝的脏面被分为肝右叶(right lobe of liver)、肝左叶(1eft lobe of liver)、肝方叶(quadrate lobe 0f liver)和肝尾状叶(caudate lobe of liver)。

肝门位置

在腔静脉沟的上端处，有肝左、中、右静脉出肝后即注入下腔静脉，临床上常称此处为第二肝门(secondary porta of liver)。
