袁凤霞，男，汉族，1924年出生，天津人。拜夏春阳为师，学旦角后改学小生。在山霞社继承桂宝芬的艺术。代表作有《马寡妇开店》、《白蛇传》、《无双传》、《张羽煮海》等。
